By accessing or using Remoteaify ("the Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our Service.

Remoteaify provides a platform for browsing remote and hybrid job listings. You may use our Service for personal, non-commercial purposes to search for employment opportunities.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to it

3. Job listings and third-party content

Remoteaify aggregates job listings from various sources, including The Work From Home Hub and other verified platforms. We do not create, control, or endorse the job listings displayed on our platform.

Important: When you click on a job listing, you will be redirected to external employer websites. Remoteaify is not responsible for:

• The accuracy, completeness, or validity of job listings
• The hiring practices, policies, or decisions of employers
• Any transactions or communications between you and employers
• The content, privacy practices, or security of external websites

You acknowledge that all job applications, interviews, and employment decisions are solely between you and the employer. Remoteaify is not a party to any employment relationship.

4. User conduct and responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials (if applicable)
• Providing accurate and truthful information when contacting us
• Verifying the legitimacy of job listings and employers before applying
• Exercising due diligence in your job search and application process
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction

5. Intellectual property

The Remoteaify platform, including its design, logos, text, graphics, and software, is owned by Remoteaify or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of our content
• Use our trademarks or logos without written permission
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from our Service
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from our content

6. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. Remoteaify disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
• Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of job listings
• Warranties that any defects will be corrected

We do not guarantee that you will find employment through our platform or that any job listing will result in a job offer.

7. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REMOTEAIFY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service
• Damages resulting from job applications, interviews, or employment decisions
• Damages caused by third-party websites or services linked from our platform
• Any other damages arising from these Terms or the Service

Our total liability for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Remoteaify, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Any content or information you submit through the Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms.
